Delivery Information

Postage and packaging: 

The price of the delivery is subject to the size and weight of the parcel.

• Small packages: £4.95
• Medium packages: £7.95
• Large packages: £10.95

Please message or email me for delivery options. I will deliver for free to local addresses within a 2 mile radius from Holly Rose & Co. such as North Chadderton and Royton. 

Our aim is to post all orders within 7 working days. You will receive an email to inform you that your parcel has been posted. If you do not receive your parcel within 7 working days after this email, please contact us at hollyroseandco@gmail.com. 

We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit, as this is out of our control once they have been posted. 

If you find that your item is faulty please contact us immediately on the above email with your parcel tracking number. This will allow us to arrange for the item to be replaced or refunded.
