About 

Hi, I’m Holly the owner of Holly Rose & Co., a small family run business selling decorative home items and gifts. Behind the scenes, my Mum, Dad and brother Sam are the “& Co.” and my support. 

I am a University student and like for so many, 2020 has been a challenging year. For me, this meant taking a gap year as I was unable to travel for my placement. This is when I set my sights on a different challenge, of setting up my own business.

I have enjoyed choosing the range of products and I hope you love them as much as I do. Thank you so much for taking the time to browse my website. I hope you find something that will brighten your home or make a lovely gift for someone special.

Terms and conditions

Payment:

All payments are made via PayPal, however you do not need an account on PayPal to do this. You can pay by card on the PayPal website by selecting Debit / Credit card as well as checking out as a guest. 

This is the most efficient way for us to take payments to ensure that it is safe and secure as no card details will be kept by us. 

The prices on the website are UK pounds sterling.

Postage and packaging: 

The price of the delivery is subject to the size and weight of the parcel.

  • Small packages: £4.95
  • Large packages: £7.95

Our aim is to post all orders within 7 working days. You will receive an email to inform you that your parcel has been posted. If you do not receive your parcel within 7 working days after this email, please contact us at hollyroseandco@gmail.com. 

We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit, as this is out of our control once they have been posted. 

If you find that your item is faulty please contact us immediately on the above email with your parcel tracking number. This will allow us to arrange for the item to be replaced or refunded. 


Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return to us within 7 working days of receipt. All items must be returned to us in the condition that they were sent to you (unused and in their original packaging). Please contact us before returning the item so we can discuss the matter with you. 

We do not provide postage for returns as it is your responsibility to return the item back to us, unless the item is faulty or damaged. We cannot be held responsible for returned parcels that are lost in transit.
